Microswift reserves the right to share your personal information with all the businesses that you book online with.
Microswift may use your personally identifiable information for research and development relating to our Sites and/or for future site development for new features and for promotional materials. In particular, we may use information gathered about you for the following purposes: to monitor interest in our range of products and services and to assist us to tailor the content of our Sites to your needs by collecting information about your preferences through tracking of patterns page views on our Sites; to create a profile relating to you in order to show you the content that might be of interest to you and to display the content according to your preferences.

PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ONLINE
Microswift considers the protection of children's privacy, especially online, to be of the utmost importance. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children nor do we allow them to become registered users of, or to request information through, our Sites or help-seeking information lines.
Microswift products and services are a service based subscription, Any Microswift product or service will be offline/not functioning if the subscription is cancelled or paused with exception to one time paid marketing campaigns.
Microswift's Website Hosting, Applications and Social Media Service Statement
Your site and application and all of its content is hosted exclusively on Microswift or it’s service partners servers, and cannot be transferred or managed elsewhere or by anyone other than Microswift to protect our designs and codes from duplication.
Any social media accounts created by Microswift is based on the social media management service subscription and all social media pages that was created by Microswift will be offline if the social media subscription is cancelled or paused.
Specifically, it is not possible to export or embed files, pages or sites, created using Microswift’s design codes or ADI, to another external destination or host.
All websites created by Microswift and it's content (text, applications/forms and photos) can only be used in Microswift website via Microswift services and all copyrights for the content (text, applications/forms and photos) can only be used on website that were built and managed by Microswift.
It is also not possible to embed your site onto an external site.
When you embed a site into an external location, Microswift is no longer in control of the way that your site appears or functions, and therefore, cannot provide support. In addition, Google Analytics and search engine crawlers are not able to work with an embedded site.
There are many advantages to having Microswift or it’s service partners as your site and application host, including improvements to your site's loading time, search engine optimization and more!
Microswift and it’s service partners have main live servers as well as back up servers.
We are pleased to state that our server up-time is 99.8%. This means that clients sites and application are live 99.8% of the time!
As an Internet company, our main priorities include maintaining our servers and making sure that all data can be retrieved and restored in the unlikely event that any of our servers get corrupted.
