Job Overview

Our marketing agency is looking to hire an enthusiastic, outspoken, outgoing Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting Microswift services through various channels to achieve marketing goals and sales objectives. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into paying clients
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities and target audiences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to reach potential clients and drive sales
  • Ability to hit the road running and show an early impact on the business by informing, educating and inspiring potential clients and businesses about Microswift marketing services
  • Ability to develop fruitful relationships with potential clients, and to set up meetings with decision-makers within a limited timeframe
  • Present our company to potential clients by using your proven strategies and experience to attract new clients successfully and to negotiate and close business deals
  • Arrange business meetings and prepare presentations for prospective clients
  • Promote our digital marketing services by addressing or predicting clients’ needs and objectives
  • Follow up and coordinate clients project deadlines and content launch dates by overseeing the development and launch of new content channels with our marketing and design teams
  • Keeping in touch with clients after onboarding by tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns on monthly basis
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times while representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent relationship-builder, strong speaking skills and problem-solving skills
  • Proven sales track record to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales technique with at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ability to build clients reports
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets and goals as well as time management and planning skills
  • Strong experience with digital marketing services and knowledge of trends the digital world (Social Media Marketing/Website Design/Advertising/Marketing Campaigns)
  • Passionate about creative marketing.
  • Ability to travel
