We don’t have the typical 8-hour workday. Our employees only work 6 hours/day and the office usually finishes at 3:30 PM, much earlier than that of other companies. Since our work involves the use of high-level creativity, inspiration, and passion, we believe that nobody can be creative and productive for 8 hours straight. 6-hour workday not only helps our employees to be fully productive but also helps them reduce stress. Our employees have more time for themselves and their families, better work-life balance and develop a clearer perspective about solving problems and approaching situations at work.
